Delivery of Sales Training
Each Program Leader is dynamic, professional, and knowledgeable about your industry, company, and the objectives of the program. They each possess the flexibility required to engage all the participants while demonstrating industry expertise - skills that our clients continue to rave about.
Our solutions are based on our customized “Learn-Do-Review” approach. This method enables our clients to practice the skills they have learned in recommended groups of no more than eight (for two or three day programs). This intimate setting enables participants to practice with their colleagues and to become aware of their own unique verbal and kinetic communication style. Our integrated learning solutions include ongoing contact with your company to promote internal buy-in and execution of the influential communication concepts.
We incorporate a range of learning styles to appeal to various individuals. We concentrate on achieving acceptance of the concepts and promote immediate application for long term retention. We take the time to focus on each individual as well as his or her development.
Our methodology includes coaching and feedback as this is an extremely important part of the learning experience. Each participant receives extensive and constructive feedback from the Program Leader after each role-play or presentation, as well as from his or her participating peers. The Program Leader is always available for questions and clarification.
Because no two groups or individuals are the same, we adjust the degree of knowledge demonstrated by the participant’s experience level. All the Program Leaders have subject matter depth and expertise to adjust the program accordingly. This flexibility is key to both presenting the content and to providing invaluable feedback.

Reinforcement of Sales Training
If training can move an individual, then there is success, but when training moves a company, there is a blaze of positive growth!
How do you start a fire? It takes only one match. If it is lit in the right place (with the leader), it can spread quickly. However, it may take several sparks if they are lit from various parts of the organization. At Ignite Excellence, we measure success throughout a program by quantitatively reporting the individual’s and group’s post-program progression.
