In 2003, Suzanne Stevens, President & Founder of Ignite Excellence Inc., and Bruce MacLellan, President of Environics Communications Inc. (ECI), decided to partner after Environics had hired Suzanne to train its team. After realizing the value in developing the ECI team, Bruce felt that supporting Suzanne in the training & development business world would be a good complement to the Environics Group of Companies.

Through the years, Ignite Excellence continued to expand by hiring Consultants, training programs and keynote addresses. In addition, they have invested in extensive research of Social Values of individuals and they continue to add to their pre- and post-training reinforcement.

Since the inception of Ignite Excellence one thing remains the same: specializing in influential fact-to-face communications, both verbal and kinetic. Interactive programs are tailored to business objects and the focus is on helping winning and maintaining business, creating positive stakeholder perception, and improving internal communications.
