Ignite Conversations

In February 2009, the Association of Canadian Engineering Companies (ACEC) and Ignite Excellence have created a strategic alliance to provide a suite of industry specific influential communication skills programs to support its members’ ability to influence, differentiate and engage people and business throughout the business cycle.

Suzanne Stevens, President & Founder of Ignite Excellence, said, “Ignite Excellence is committed to the engineering community; it is an integral part of building our communities, cities and countries. With such an important mandate, there is a strong need for precision; therefore, effective communications is essential throughout entire projects. Without it, the consequences are immense; with it, the opportunity for new business and seamless execution on a project can prevail.”

ACEC focuses on promoting and safeguarding the business and professional interests of the Canadian consulting engineering industry in Canada and abroad. As such, Ignite Excellence’s training programs will complement the skills of ACEC’s members and the association’s mandate.
