Development option #1: Improving your Coaching skill
As Coaches, in order to get the best from each of member of our team, we must acknowledge that every individual is motivated differently and has a different level of ability. We need to acknowledge that employees have different attitudes, motivators, and skills; therefore, we have to tailor our communications and alter their level of autonomy and accountability so we can work toward empowering them to favourable repeat behaviours and desired objectives.

To ensure that your investment with Ignite Excellence pays ongoing dividends, we devote time to ensure that the concepts and skills developed in each of our programs become part of your business culture. It is imperative that Coaches recognize the skill set of each individual. We discuss how to measure their performance and provide a plan to promote more desired core competencies. Coaches will be provided with the tools to secure the best performance from their team, while continuing to improve their own coaching abilities.
