Consultant/Program Leader

Consultants are responsible for selling and delivering our services in small, energetic programs. We look for high-energy individuals that are confident in front of a room of people and are able to demonstrate best practices in interactive adult learning and business concepts.

General Requirements:

• A minimum of ten years work experience required, preferably within one or more of our related client industries.
• Experience in sales and/or training is a must.
• Knowledge of developing or delivering training programs a benefit.
• This role will include travel throughout North America.
• Bilingualism a definite asset.
